Warehouse & Stock Coordinator | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional who can manage and participate in the physical labor of moving stock while organizing the administrative details of our stock and supplies, both up-to-date and accurate.

Job summary:

Our posting is for a full-time position, based in our warehouse in Salina. We will require a valid driver's license B for the coordination and delivery of supplies and inventory to our six stores.

Job duties:

✔ Receive, check, and store shipments, including frozen products.

✔ Preparation and delivery of orders and stock to our stores and/or customers.

✔ Keep stock counts accurate and up to date in our systems.

✔ Register all incoming and outgoing supplies, and report of discrepancies.

✔ Run regular stock inventory tallies, while keeping a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

✔ Consistent and efficient communication with individual store managers to maintain standards for inventory.

Ideal candidate:

✔ Experience in a warehouse, logistics or stock control role (minimum 3 years).

✔ Physically fit, as this job involves lifting, loading, and working in freezers.

✔ Precision with administration tasks.

✔ Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job requirements:

✔ Driver's license B.

✔ Fluency in Papiamentu and English.
